Why doctor-led training matters

First Aid Doctor was founded by Dr Saúl Díaz, an Emergency Department doctor with extensive experience managing medical emergencies, serious injuries and critically unwell patients — from minor injuries and allergic reactions to cardiac arrests and major trauma, across patients of every age.

Dr. Saúl Díaz

That clinical background shapes every course we run. Rather than training people to simply pass an assessment, we focus on what actually matters in a real emergency: recognising what’s happening, knowing what to do, and understanding when to seek further medical help.
Based in Bedfordshire, we deliver doctor-led training across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes — for businesses, schools, nurseries, healthcare providers, dental practices, community organisations, and parents and carers.
